Tiffany diaz
Director and Owner of My First Steps
Tiffany Diaz has 15 years in Early Childhood Education, with a Degree in Business Administration and Behavioral Science. As well an Accredited NAFCC Observer.
She started her humble residential childcare journey 11 years ago while still in college pursing a degree and working as a Crisis Paraprofessional in the Department of Education. She knew she wanted to do her part to make a difference in the world, so why not start with her community.
And that's when My First Steps was born in the year 2011. The vision for My First Steps was a program where parents knew their child was not only safe but actually learning valuable skills no matter the age, development, race, economic status of that child. Every child will be treated with love and respect and that includes a High Quality Educational experience and Care.
